Cancellation Policy
Clients can book their sessions up to 30 days in advance. Same-day bookings are available, subject to availability. Please book at least 2 hours prior to the desired session time. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. If there is a need to reschedule the appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. For no-shows, the full session fee will be charged and rescheduling will not be offered. You may reschedule your session without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next appointment. Full session fee will still apply.
