Join us at Gilbert Yoga for a special warmed Yin class that combines the deep, long-held postures of a traditional Yin class with the added benefit of a heated room, allowing for deeper relaxation and release of tension in the connective tissue while promoting increased blood flow and flexibility due to the warmth of the room.
This 75 minute class will feature a 60 minute Yin practice followed by a relaxation meditation. The room will be warmed to 85 - 88 degrees to create a cozy and relaxing space. All props will be provided and cooled towels will be available as needed.
